Returns & Exchanges

Jacob Cohën offers a sophisticated return policy allowing you to return your premium denim and apparel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with all signature labels and security tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Jacob Cohën branding and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of quality inspection.
